We’re delighted to announce that we have won a five-way pitch to design and build the National Lottery funded ‘Streets of Bournemouth’ virtual museum. The Heritage Lottery Fund awarded a major grant of £440,000 to create the virtual museum in time for the town’s 200th birthday. The website is complex, providing a media library, interactive map, dynamic timeline and archive of documents and images. There will also be a community archive where Bournemouth residents can add their photos, stories and memories.
Pat Gargan, Business Development Manager, says “We were completely won over by Campbell Rowley’s enthusiasm and passion for the project. They combine stunning creative work with a real understanding of the technologies involved in such a complex web application. They always bring something extra to the table, and we have really enjoyed working with them in the past.”
